The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Barrington area police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Lincoln Ave., Barrington, was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or greater and possession of marijuana. He also was cited for driving without insurance, disobeying a traffic control light and failing to notify the Secretary of State of an address change. He was taken into custody at Hart Road and Route 14. Collins was released on bond and given an Oct. 31 court date in Cook County.
