1. Soprano Amy Conn with Trevor Stephenson, fortepiano, perform at 4 p.m. Feb. 26 as part of the Early Music series at the Byron Colby Barn at Prairie Crossing, 1561 Jones Point Road, Grayslake. 3. Opera House Tribute Series features A Tribute to Simon & Garfunkel performed by A.J. Sweringen and Jonathan Beedle at 8 p.m. Feb. 25 and 1 p.m. Feb. 26 at the Woodstock Opera House, 121 Van Buren St., Woodstock. The duo has been performing the classic hits and obscure songs of Simon & Garfunkel for more than a decade, capturing the sound of the original artists’ early years in Greenwich Village. 4. International Film Series features “Police, Adjective” (Romania, 2009) at 7 p.m. Feb. 24 in Room A162 (Anderson lecture hall) at the College of Lake County, 19351 W. Washington St., Grayslake. A small-time cop begins to tire of minor pot busts and dares to question his social function in a tale of Kafkaesque bureaucracies. Admission is free.
