The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Barrington, Barrington Hills and South Barrington police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
BARRINGTON
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Timothy L. Hoeller, 51, 618A N. Hough St., Barrington, was charged Jan. 30 with disorderly conduct. He was taken into custody at his home. Hoeller was released on bond and issued a Feb. 22 court date in Waukegan.
THEFT
A 14-year-old Carpentersville male was charged Feb. 2 with theft of mislaid property. He was taken into custody on the 600 block of West Main Street. He was released and issued a March 12 court date in Rolling Meadows.
TRAFFIC
Atif Hussain, 20, 1592 Manchester Drive, Hoffman Estates, was charged Jan. 30 with driving 40 miles-per-hour or more than the posted speed limit and defective windshield. He was taken into custody near the intersection of Barrington Road and Route 68. Hussain was released on bond and issued a March 12 court date in Rolling Meadows.
TRESPASS
Christopher J. Carney, 43, 19 Wynstone Way, North Barrington, was charged Jan. 30 with trespass on railroad property. He was taken into custody at 201 Spring St. Carney was issued a March 19 court date in Rolling Meadows.
BARRINGTON HILLS
THEFT
Copper ground wire was discovered missing from a Cellular Site off of Algonquin Road on Jan. 30. Loss is estimated at $100.
