Owner Paul Briseno has opened Paul’s Burrito Express in Barrington, the 10th area restaurant owned by his family. The restaurant, featuring authentic Mexican cuisine, is known for its burritos and tacos, especially its fish tacos.

Tellabs is cutting 530 jobs in a companywide restructuring, citing “a climate of economic uncertainty” for the Naperville-based telecommunications equipment maker. An unknown number will be cut at Tellabs’ research and development center in Naperville.
