Football: Two late touchdowns help Barrington to win

Barrington scored two one-yard touchdowns in the fourth quarter, stunning Prospect 27-14 Friday.

THE SKINNY: Through three quarters everything was breaking Prospect’s way. The Knight’s had two fumble recoveries and a second quarter blocked punt by senior linebacker Zach McDermott that led to a momentous touchdown drive. Heading into the fourth up 14-12, this was Prospect’s game to lose, then Scotty Miller happened and everything changed.

TURNING POINT: The entire fourth quarter was one huge momentum swing for the Broncos as they turned a two-point deficit into a 13-point lead in about six minutes.
